Who We Are
Rouz n Retreat is a wellness advocacy practice and a registered DBA of Rousemoore LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We are explicitly not a licensed medical practice and we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Our role is to help you organize your own health information — through assessments, lab access, supplement guidance, and one-on-one wellness advocacy — so you can have better-informed conversations with your actual licensed providers.

In-person access to our products and team. Local pickup and delivery options are also available for Cypress, TX area customers.

Payment
We do not accept insurance. All assessments, advocacy sessions, lab testing, and products are available on a cash-pay basis and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement or direct billing.
