Haritaki is revered in Ayurvedic medicine as "the king of medicines," considered one of the most important healing herbs in the Ayurvedic pharmacopeia. This dried fruit is one of the three ingredients in Triphala, the famous Ayurvedic formula. Haritaki is valued as a gentle yet effective detoxifier, digestive tonic, and rejuvenative herb. Flavor Profile
