What Happens After You Order
1. You place your order (or we recommend one to you)
Either you've ordered directly from the storefront above, or we've recommended a specific test to your account based on your assessment or consultation.
2. You'll get a link straight from the lab
You'll receive an email with instructions for your test — this might mean visiting a local draw site or using an at-home collection kit, depending on the test. It comes from the lab or testing platform directly, not from us, so don't be surprised by the sender name.
3. Follow the instructions in that email
Everything you need — where to go, what to do, and any prep required — is spelled out there in simple steps.
4. Not sure which path fits, or want help along the way?
A quick consultation is always available if you'd rather talk it through with us first, or if you want help understanding your results afterward.
