Rouz n Retreat is not a licensed medical practice. Our team serves as Wellness Advocates. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and nothing on this site or in our services replaces care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Our role is to help you gather and organize information about your own wellness — through assessments, lab access, and supplement guidance — so you have a clearer, more informed conversation with the licensed providers who care for you.

Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing offered through this site is submitted through an independent authorization network of licensed practitioners, who review and approve all lab requisitions in accordance with applicable state regulations.

Supplements

Supplement recommendations are offered through our Fullscript storefront, giving you access to professional-grade products from trusted, vetted brands. Recommendations are educational and informational — they are not a prescription, and are not a substitute for guidance from your physician or pharmacist, particularly if you take other medications.

Data Privacy

Health information submitted through our assessment and lab platforms is handled within HIPAA-compliant systems provided by our technology partners. We take your privacy seriously and only use your information to deliver the services you've requested.

Payment

We do not accept insurance. All assessments, consultations, packages, and lab testing are available on a cash-pay basis only and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement or direct billing.
