Gel — our sea moss gel is a smooth, ready-to-use blend. It must be refrigerated immediately upon receiving and used within the timeframe indicated on the jar. Available in 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz.

Powder — our powder format is the same formula in a shelf-stable dry form. Because it requires significantly more ingredient concentration to produce, it is priced higher than gel. Available in 8oz only. Powder does not require refrigeration and has a longer shelf life.

All sea moss gel and powder blends are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for preparation. The Seaweed Topper for Dogs is the only product available immediately — no preparation time needed.

Once your order is ready you will be notified by text and email. From that notification you have:

• 3 days to pick up or receive gel and powder blend orders
• 14 days to pick up or receive the Seaweed Topper for Dogs

If you need more time, contact us before your window closes to request a one-time courtesy extension. If the window lapses without notice, a $10 re-holding fee applies to reschedule. If the product has passed its safe window it will be forfeited with no refund.

The 3-day window begins the moment the notification is sent, regardless of when it is read.

Yes. All sea moss gel products must be refrigerated immediately upon receiving. Orders are delivered cold in insulated packaging, but it is important to refrigerate right away. Follow the shelf life indicated on your jar.

No. You can browse and order any product directly from the store without booking a consultation. Consultations are available for those who want personalized guidance based on their specific health goals, history, and concerns.

• Initial Wellness Consultation (60 min) — $125 — A full review of your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals. Includes product and protocol recommendations. Best starting point for new clients.
• Follow-Up Consultation (30 min) — $65 — For existing clients. Progress review and protocol adjustments. An initial consultation is required before booking a follow-up.
• Product Guidance Session (20 min) — $35 — For those unsure which product is right for their concern. A quick, focused recommendation session.

All consultations are conducted via video or phone.

After booking you will receive a link to complete your Wellness Intake Form. This form covers your health history, current symptoms, medications, allergies, lifestyle, and goals. The practitioner reviews your intake before your session so your time together is focused and productive.

A Rouz n Retreat practitioner will reach out within one business day to schedule your session at a time that works for you.

The Wellness Intake Form allows the practitioner to review your health background before your session so the conversation can be focused, specific, and useful. It covers your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, allergies, diet, sleep, stress, and goals. Your information is kept confidential and used only to prepare for your consultation.
