Decoction Method (Recommended):

📏 Measure: Add 1-2 tablespoons of Clarity Blend to 4 cups of water in a pot
🔥 Boil: Bring water to a rolling boil, then reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer
⏱️ Simmer: Continue simmering for 15-20 minutes
🫗 Strain: Remove from heat, strain through a fine mesh strainer, and allow to cool to room temperature
❄️ Store: Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate for up to 3 days
To Serve: Pour 4-8 oz into a cup and gently warm (avoid boiling). Add honey, maple syrup, or lemon to taste if desired.
